What to do if you haven't received your Survey!

I Didn't Get My Survey / Can't Find Survey

If you haven’t received your survey, there are several things you can do to troubleshoot:

• Double-check the e-mail on file with Kickstarter - Often users have old e-mails still tied to their accounts (Particularly if you authenticate through Facebook).
• To make sure that emails from your project creator don't get caught in your spam filter, add [email protected] to your address book. Avoid marking BackerKit e-mails as spam.
• Check your spam filters/archived e-mails. Subject lines to look for: Response Needed -- Get your reward for Project Name or Reminder -- Response needed to deliver your reward for Project Name 
• You'll be able to reach out to BackerKit Support by clicking the "need help" link from the Lost Survey page:  https://www.backerkit.com/are_you_a_backer. When you write in to Support, please provide your name and your Kickstarter pledge number, which can be found in your Kickstarter pledge confirmation email.
• Email our team directly at [email protected] with your Pledge Number, full name, email address, and contact number. 

Apple ID Backers:

Backers who have pledged to the campaign using their AppleID but haven't completely set up their Apple Pay account (linking their email address to their Apple Wallet) will have issues receiving their emails from BackerKit.

Those backers have a @privaterelay.appleid.com email address and will need to reach out to us at [email protected] to update their email address in BackerKit. Please provide your Pledge Number, full name, email address, and contact number. 

You'll be able to reach out to BackerKit Support by clicking the "need help" link from the Lost Survey page:  https://www.backerkit.com/are_you_a_backer. When you write in to Support, please provide your name and your Kickstarter pledge number, which can be found in your Kickstarter pledge confirmation email.

Hello Friends of Foxes,

We are just about to hit the road tonight for another set of deliveries but about 50 backers haven't yet filled out their Backerkit Surveys. If this is you, we have no way of getting Kitsunedo to you as we don't have your address.... and this will be very sad. 

Can you please double check you've filled out the Backerkit survey, I'll resend them again now. The emails may have gone to your spam folder.

Tonight we'll be personally delivering to Preston, Ivanhoe, Fairfield, Alphington, Kew, Deepdene, Balwyn, Doncaster, Templestowe, Donvale, Warrandyte. We look forward to seeing you!

Deliveries to Begin Tomorrow

Hello Everyone,

The time has come for deliveries to begin so brace for impact!

Your Kitsunedo cards have gone through an adventure. They've traveled across the vast Ocean to Melbourne, through the winding streets by truck into the darkest recesses of our Ukiyo Vault.  We've laboured with meticulous care to wrap your Kitsunedo sets and tie them up into beautiful gift parcels with cord and ribbon. We have no great machines for such things, so everything has been done by hand. 

Very soon they'll be on the road once more... and I'll be delivering many of them personally. 

I've never worked as a delivery driver so planning all the routes has been a bit of in journey in itself. Tomorrow I'll be doing my best to deliver all the orders around:

Strathmore, Essendon, Brunswick, Coburg, Pascoe Vale, Moonee Ponds, Travancore, Glenroy, Fawkner, Hadfield.

Hopefully you're home for me to say hi!

Kitsunedo Update - Neko of the Veil Update

Hello to all the Friends of Ukiyo and other Fox Lovers,

Thank you so much for your support and patience. We hope you've had a lovely January!

A week ago we received the samples from our manufacturing partner. The Spirit Lord cards look amazing in person and we can't wait to share them with you.  I'm so glad we were able to unlock the Tailed Shisu as the sixth character in the base game of Kitsunedo. It's a great addition to the game and adds a pretty unique spin with its resurrection abilities.

In some mixed news, our friends at Bangwee who've been putting so much hard work and effort into perfecting the quality of the final items experienced a couple of timeline setbacks. With Hong Kong's sudden COVID changes earlier this year, many of their team experienced the onset of infections that we had to deal with a while back. This along with Chinese New Year celebrations has lead to a delayed timeframe in terms of delivery which we apologise for.

On the flip side, we have been using this extra time on our end to perfect as much as we can and we are really excited to show you our new Neko of the Veil card.  We talked to quite a few of you at PAX about how the current Neko of the Veil was a placeholder and was under a re-design.  Well... after brainstorming and a lot of extra effort from Sarah (Tea Fox Illustrations), I'm happy to unveil (hehe) the Neko of the Veil at it's current colour mock-up stage. It may not be easy to see from the image I've linked, but the level of precision and artistic detail greatly exceeds all expectations. The new Neko of the Veil is one very beautiful feline. I hope all you cat lovers out there are as excited as me :D

We've also been play-testing some new abilities and I'm super keen to reveal them once they're set in stone. 

Just a reminder, we are still waiting on 56 backers to fill out their surveys and postal deliveries.  A last notice email has been sent from Backerkit so if you wish to add in this beautiful cat, you have less than 48 hours to do so.

Last call for order updates!

The last day to make final updates to your order is the 31st of December 2022! After this date, we will lock your reward selections and charge cards for add-on item purchases, pledge upgrades, and pre-orders. You can update your shipping address up until we lock addresses for shipping.

If you haven’t answered your survey yet, if you fill out your BackerKit survey or pay for extra shipping after the 31/12/22 order due date, we’ll still receive your information but your shipment may be delayed.
